We manufacture buoys in various sizes and two different colors (orange bright and yellow bright), designed to be durable in the worst weather conditions.

 

Our buoys are produced from linear polyethylene (LLDPE) with 8 mm average thickness and they are filled with 20kg/m³ expanded polystyrene.
In the center, there is a plastic pipe of 90mm diameter laminated to the shell of the buoy. Hot-dip galvanized steel is used for the other parts which are removable and can be replaced if damaged.

 

On demand ,we can manufacture different buoys with higher durability or bigger size, entirely made by plastic or with metal parts.
